The Provider sells online access to pre-recorded video seminars. Access is granted after payment confirmation and remains valid for the period displayed at purchase, inside the buyer's personal account.
A purchase grants a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive viewing licence to a single person — the buyer. It is strictly prohibited to:
The video content is protected by encryption and DRM, and the number of devices and simultaneous sessions is limited. Every viewing session carries an identifying watermark containing data linked to the buyer and to the viewing session. The watermark makes it possible to identify the source of an unauthorised copy.
In case of unauthorised use (including account sharing, content distribution or repeatedly exceeding device limits), the Provider may suspend or revoke access without a refund, and reserves the right to seek damages as provided by law.
To keep the platform secure and prevent fraud we process certain technical data: device identifiers (stored as hashes), IP addresses (stored as hashes), viewing session logs and security events. Full details are in the Privacy Policy.
Prices are shown on the purchase page and include VAT where applicable. Payments are processed by Revolut (bank card, Revolut Pay and, where available, Apple Pay / Google Pay). The Provider never stores card details. Access is activated only after the processor confirms the payment.
Under EU consumer law (implemented in Romania by GEO 34/2014), for digital content delivered immediately the consumer gives express consent to immediate performance and acknowledges losing the right of withdrawal once the content is accessed. If you have not accessed the content at all, you may request withdrawal within 14 days of purchase at contact@adpancho.com.
We make reasonable efforts to keep the service continuously available, without guaranteeing uninterrupted operation. For technical issues write to contact@adpancho.com; we reply within 2 business days.
The seminar content is informational and educational; applying the information remains the student's responsibility. The Provider's liability is limited to the value of the purchase.
These terms are governed by Romanian law. Disputes are settled amicably or by the competent courts in Romania. Consumers may also contact ANPC (anpc.ro) or use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform (ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr).
